Privacy Policy — hardys.ai
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit hardys.ai. It is written to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).
We have tried to keep this short and direct. If anything is unclear, write to us — the address is at the bottom.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller for hardys.ai is:
Juvant Srls
Registered office: Brindisi, Italy
VAT / Tax code: IT02807050741
Brindisi Chamber of Commerce (REA): BR-260986
Email for privacy matters: privacy@juvant.io
No Data Protection Officer (DPO) is appointed — Juvant Srls is not required to designate one under Article 37 GDPR. The contact above is the operative channel for any privacy request.
2. What data we process
At launch, hardys.ai is an informational page. It does not include analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags, lead-capture forms, comment sections, or user accounts.
The only personal data we process is what the web server records automatically when your browser requests the page:
- IP address (in network log form)
- Date and time of the request
- The URL requested and the HTTP response code
- The User-Agent string declared by your browser
- The Referer header, if your browser sends one
These are standard server logs. They are produced by the hosting infrastructure for the sole purpose of delivering the page and keeping the service operational and secure.
We do not set cookies for analytics, profiling, or marketing. Any cookie that may be present is strictly technical (necessary for the service to function) and falls under the exemption of Article 122 of the Italian Data Protection Code — no consent is required for these.
3. Legal basis for processing
Processing of server logs and any strictly technical cookies relies on:
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — operating the website, keeping it available, and protecting it against abuse, attacks, and malfunctions. This interest is balanced against your rights: the data collected is limited, the retention is short, and the data is not used to profile you.
There is no separate processing based on consent because no consent-requiring activity takes place on hardys.ai.
4. How long we keep the data
Server logs are retained for the time strictly necessary to deliver and secure the service, and in any case up to 90 days from collection, unless a specific incident (e.g. a security investigation, a legal request) requires longer retention. After that period, logs are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
5. Who can access the data
Server logs are accessible only to:
- Juvant Srls personnel and contractors strictly responsible for operating the site;
- the hosting provider, acting as data processor under Article 28 GDPR.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
The hosting infrastructure is located within the European Economic Area. Should this change, any transfer outside the EEA will be made using the safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) and disclosed in an updated version of this policy.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights under the GDPR with respect to your personal data:
- Access (Article 15) — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data, and a copy of it.
- Rectification (Article 16) — have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure (Article 17) — have your data deleted, where applicable.
- Restriction (Article 18) — limit how we use your data, in defined cases.
- Data portability (Article 20) — receive the data in a structured, machine-readable format, where applicable.
- Objection (Article 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Automated decisions (Article 22) — we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. If that ever changes, you will be informed and your rights under Article 22 will apply.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@juvant.io. We will reply within the timeframe set by Article 12 GDPR (normally one month).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) — www.garanteprivacy.it — or with the supervisory authority of the EU Member State in which you reside.

This site contains a link to vant.juvant.io, operated by Juvant Srls under a separate privacy policy available at juvant.io/privacy-policy/en/. When you follow that link, the processing of your data will be governed by the policy at that address, not by this one.
